Profile
Muthuram Narayanaswami is an exceptional social change maker whose life exemplifies selfless, sustained service. For over three decades — beginning as a 12-year-old volunteer in the slums of Chennai — he has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the uplifting of the underprivileged children, families, and communities.
He is the Co-Founder and is the operational backbone of Suyam Charitable Trust (est. 1999), and Administration Director of two schools serving some of Chennai’s most vulnerable neighbourhoods. A rare combination of financial acumen, administrative leadership, and deep human compassion. Muthuram has built institutions, systems, and communities without ever seeking personal recognition. He now presents his profile for international award consideration — with a singular commitment that any prize money will be donated in full to the children and the causes he serves.
